Sunflick Projects, also known as Sampling Booth OR Dispensing Booth is designed for providing highest level of protection from airborne contaminants generated during powder handling operations such as sampling, charging & dispensing. RLAF ( Sampling Booth OR Dispensing Booth ) provides Operator Protection, Product Protection, and Environment Protection.

The Sampling Booth OR Dispensing Booth operates on a re-circulatory airflow principle providing containment by air movement. A clean, constant, laminar down flow of Class 100 air is supplied in work area suppressing any dust clouds generated during open powder processing: removing and capturing airborne particles from the operator’s breathing zone.

Reverse laminar air flow workstations ( Sampling Booth OR Dispensing Booth ) are suitable for sampling / dispensing of powder and chemicals and to minimize the risk of contaminating the work zone and ensure health safety for person working with chemicals/powder. This equipment is based on the recirculation of air and ensures that the cloud formed by the material dispensed, is sucked in a natural pattern of movement, and arrested through prefilters. The air is then supplied back at the work zone through HEPA. After initial cycles, we achieve, class 100 hazard proof laminar movement of air and handling of material.
